Job Description:- Perform accounting and journal entries into the system (create general journal, prepayment, provision, and post into Microsoft Dynamics 365).
- Prepare and report WHT 23, WHT 4(2), etc.
- Create and distribute VAT invoices.
- Handle contra entries and payments to vendors (AP).
- Monitor accounts receivable and collections.
- Reconcile withholding tax (WHT 23).
- Archive all financial documents.
- Manage cash in hand (Surabaya).
- Supervise office procurement and general administrative duties.
- Bachelor (S1) or Diploma (D3) in accounting.
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Knowledge and experience in tax matters.
- Holder of Brevet A & B certificates is preferred.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Business Central is preferred.
