Placement: Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the
    end-to-end payroll process
    for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely salary disbursement.
  • Administer
    BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
    registration, reporting, and monthly contributions.
  • Ensure compliance with
    UU Ketenagakerjaan
    and government regulations related to payroll, taxation (PPH 21), and benefits.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the
    Talenta system
    and HRIS database.
  • Prepare payroll-related reports for management and finance departments.
  • Handle payroll queries from employees with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Support in the implementation of compensation & benefits policies.
  • Assist in internal and external audits related to payroll and employee benefits.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Payroll / Compensation & Benefits roles
  • Hands-on familiarity with
    Talenta System
    and sound knowledge of
    PPH 21 regulations (Payroll)
  • Good understanding of
    UU Ketenagakerjaan
    ,
    BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong interpersonal and excellent English communication skills
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage sensitive and confidential information
