Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and organizational support to management (scheduling, correspondence, documentation).
  • Prepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts).
  • Assist in calculating HPP (Cost of Goods Sold) and supporting cost control initiatives.
  • Conduct basic financial analysis and provide data-driven insights to management.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and financial documentation.
  • Support preparation of presentations and decision-making materials.
  • Willing to travel for business trips and work with flexible hours when required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
  • Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot, visualization).
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and cost analysis (HPP, margin, profitability).
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
  • Integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset.
