Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and organizational support to management (scheduling, correspondence, documentation).
- Prepare and analyze reports using advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Formulas, Charts).
- Assist in calculating HPP (Cost of Goods Sold) and supporting cost control initiatives.
- Conduct basic financial analysis and provide data-driven insights to management.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and financial documentation.
- Support preparation of presentations and decision-making materials.
- Willing to travel for business trips and work with flexible hours when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Finance Assistant, or similar role.
- Advanced Excel skills (data analysis, formulas, pivot, visualization).
- Knowledge of basic accounting and cost analysis (HPP, margin, profitability).
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Integrity, confidentiality, and problem-solving mindset.
