About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Operator PIB/PEB Ekspor Impor to join our dynamic team at PT CAHAYA LAMBANG LOGISTIK. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for processing import and export declarations, ensuring seamless logistics operations across our Kelapa Gading Jakarta Raya location.
What you'll be doing
- Preparing and submitting import and export declarations (PIB/PEB) in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaising with customs authorities and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate the smooth flow of goods across borders
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to import and export activities
- Identifying and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the clearance process
- Providing regular updates and reports to management on the status of import and export activities
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the shipping/logistics industry
- Strong understanding of import and export documentation requirements, customs regulations, and clearance procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
- Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for import/export data management
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements
