Equipment Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • System Compliance & Maintenance: Ensure equipment management operations meet company quality system and equipment management procedures. Handle related management work (e.g., equipment operation, maintenance), ensuring production equipment maintains normal productivity and performance meets quality and production goals.
  • Troubleshooting & Repair: Maintain the production equipment, promptly diagnose and address malfunctions occurring during the production process, and carry out necessary repairs to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
  • Documentation & Planning: Prepare equipment maintenance procedures, operating procedures, and other guiding documents. Responsible for formulating the annual maintenance, testing, and inspection plan for all equipment.
  • Spare Parts Management: Participate in the technical assessment of equipment and related spare parts during the scraping process.
  • Technical Support: Resolve difficult and abnormal problems in equipment maintenance and repair, and offer technical support as part of routine technical assurance duties.
  • Inventory & Damage Control: Analyze the causes of damage to equipment parts, perform maintenance before breakdowns occur, replace old/damaged spare parts, and be responsible for the management of equipment parts inventory.
Requirements:
  • Location: Subang, Indonesia.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Major: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of professional experience in equipment maintenance or a related field.
  • Job Category: Manufacturing Technology.
  • Language (English): Intermediate proficiency is required.
  • Language (Chinese): Not required.
Electrical Engineer
Responsibilities:
  • Project Development: Responsible for the development of the electrical part of the project equipment according to the company's development strategy, ensuring the smooth progress of the project.
  • Design & Debugging: Responsible for the electrical design, program writing, and on-site debugging of non-standard automation equipment.
  • Cost Management: Estimate the design cost and manufacturing cost of the electrical part of the non-standard equipment. Responsible for selecting the purchased components used in the equipment.
  • Collaboration & Commissioning: Cooperate with mechanical engineers to complete the design, transformation, and provide technical guidance, coordination, and communication on-site.
  • Product Testing: Responsible for the design, programming, and testing of the product project, and cooperate with the site to finalize the debug state.
Requirements:
