Job Description 岗位描述:
- Develop the company's three-level documentation, system management manual, and procedure documents, submitting them to the Three-Piece Can Division for approval and implementation; 制定本公司的三层次文件、体系管理手册与程序文件报三片罐事业部审批后执行;
- Conduct internal audits and management reviews of the company's management system in accordance with ISO management system requirements, maintaining the effectiveness of daily system operations and ensuring system compliance; 根据ISO管理体系的要求组织公司的管理体系内审及管理评审,维护体系日常运行的有效性,确保体系的符合性;
- Coordinate with third-party audits (certifications), and oversee and follow up on the implementation of corrective actions for non-conformities; 对接第三方审核(认证)的工作,对不符合项纠正措施的实施情况组织进行监督、跟进;
- Participate in and provide feedback on the development of quality inspection standards for the three-piece can division's strategic customers. Establish quality inspection standards based on the quality requirements of the company's non-strategic customers and submit them to the three-piece can division for approval; 参与配合三片罐事业部战略客户质量检验标准的制定并提供反馈建议,根据本公司非战略客户的质量要求建立质量检验标准并报三片罐事业部审批;
- Conduct daily quality management throughout the entire process, from supplier management to material acceptance, process quality control and management, finished product shipment, and customer service; 开展日常从供应商管理至材料验收、制程质量控制和管理、成品出厂及客户端全流程质量管理;
- Organize the acceptance of raw materials; 组织原材料的验收工作;
- Organize the quality inspection of semi-finished and finished products; 组织半成品、成品的质量检验工作;
- Organize the monthly statistical analysis of the company's raw material, semi-finished, and finished product quality, generate quality analysis reports, and submit them to the Three-Piece Can Division for filing; 组织对公司月度原材料、半成品、成品质量统计分析工作,形成质量分析报告并报三片罐事业部备案;
- Manage the company's non-conforming materials, semi-finished products, and finished products; 承担公司的不合格材料、半成品、成品的管理;
- Develop the department's annual work plan and budget based on the Three-Piece Can Division's annual comprehensive plan; 根据三片罐事业部年度综合计划,制定部门年度工作计划与部门预算;
- Prepare, improve, and implement all rules, regulations, and procedures within the department's responsibilities, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement; 编制、完善、执行部门职责范围内的各项规章制度与流程,评估其有效性并提出完善建议;
- Implement safety and confidentiality-related work for the Three-Piece Can Division and the department itself, in accordance with the Division's safety and confidentiality policies and plans; 依据三片罐事业部安全、保密工作的相关制度和计划,执行三片罐事业部和本部门的安全、保密相关工作;
- Assign personnel according to the department's organizational structure to ensure personnel competencies meet job requirements; 按部门组织架构配置人员,确保人员的能力能满足岗位要求;
- Conduct employee training and assessment within the department, participate in the recruitment of departmental employees, and develop, rationally utilize, and effectively manage the department's human resources. 承担部门内员工培训、考核等工作,参与部门员工的招聘工作,建设、开发、合理运用部门人力资源。
Job Requirement 任职资格:
- Minimum D3 学历大专以上
- 5 or more years of experience in quality management in the food/beverage can industry; 3 or more years of experience as a quality management supervisor in the food/beverage can industry. 5年及以上食品/饮料罐行业质量管理工作经验;3年及以上食品/饮料罐行业质量管理主管经验。
- Proficient in: ISO9001, ISO22000. 精通ISO9001, ISO22000
- Familiar with: beverage can production process and quality control management. 熟悉:饮料罐生产流程及其品质控制管理。
- Proficient in office software applications. 精通办公软件的应用。
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, planning and execution, judgment and analysis, good customer service, coaching, organization and coordination, communication and teamwork skills. 优秀的领导能力、决策能力、计划和执行能力、判断分析能力、良好的客户服务能力、培育辅导能力、组织协调能力、沟通能力和团队合作能力。
- Proficient in English and Mandarin. 精通英文和中文。
