Position: Recruitment, Training, and Development Staff

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, training, or people development (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and training program management.
  • Good analytical skills for conducting employee assessments and evaluating training effectiveness.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Willing to be assigned to sites.
  • Can join as soon as possible.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for recruiting Leadership Development Program (LDP) Trainees and managing Training Center recruitment (and other positions as needed).
  • Plan, implement, and monitor all LDP training programs to ensure yearly targets and objectives are achieved.
  • Conduct employee assessments in accordance with established company procedures.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain training data and documentation, including periodic final reports.
  • Ensure all aspects of training requirements (materials, facilities, logistics, and evaluation) are well-prepared and executed.
  • Develop and continuously update Roles & Responsibilities (RR) for each position in the company.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a daily, weekly, and ad-hoc basis as required.
  • Execute superior's instructions accurately and support the achievement of site or department targets.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between development programs and organizational goals.
