Position: Recruitment, Training, and Development Staff
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Education, or other related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, training, or people development (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply).
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition and training program management.
- Good analytical skills for conducting employee assessments and evaluating training effectiveness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to be assigned to sites.
- Can join as soon as possible.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruiting Leadership Development Program (LDP) Trainees and managing Training Center recruitment (and other positions as needed).
- Plan, implement, and monitor all LDP training programs to ensure yearly targets and objectives are achieved.
- Conduct employee assessments in accordance with established company procedures.
- Prepare, update, and maintain training data and documentation, including periodic final reports.
- Ensure all aspects of training requirements (materials, facilities, logistics, and evaluation) are well-prepared and executed.
- Develop and continuously update Roles & Responsibilities (RR) for each position in the company.
- Prepare and submit reports on a daily, weekly, and ad-hoc basis as required.
- Execute superior's instructions accurately and support the achievement of site or department targets.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment between development programs and organizational goals.
