Qualifications:
- Experienced as a Training Staff in the Beauty/Retail Industry for a minimum of 1-2 years
- Experienced in creating and developing training modules
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Willing to work full WFO in Puri Kembangan, West Jakarta
Job Description:
- Collaborate with the Operations team to identify training needs analysis
- Develop training materials
- Deliver training sessions and respond to participants' questions
- Plan and schedule training classes
- Evaluate and report training results
