Scope of Work:
The primary responsibility of a Legal Analyst include gathering, interpreting, and analyzing legal data, such as;
1. Conducting legal research and investigating complaints, claims, lawsuits.
2. Examine the legality of existing company rules and policies.
3. Creating reports, summaries, presentations, and process documents to display results.
4. Secures contracts and other legal documents.
5. Analyzing data to understand better potential risks, concerns, and outcomes of decisions.
6. Collaborate with other team members to effectively analyze and present data.
Qualifications:
1. Have experience at the law firm/legal corporation for at least one year.
2. Advanced level of spoken and written English and Indonesian.
3. Capabilities in data preparation, legal/data analysis, data visualizations, and problem solving.
4. Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to identify all risk and proactively choose the best solutions, sound judgement, attention to detail.
5. Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
6. Make sure all the documents align with the law.
