Preferably Experienced in managing Apartments/Residence/Hotels.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High standard of personal integrity, discretion, and tact, maintaining confidentiality.
- At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently, proficiency in basic Mandarin is a plus.
- Professional appearance, neat, clean and eager to work.
- Have experience as a receptionist.
- Analytical and logical thought process with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Ready to work under pressure.
- Have the ability to operate a computer (microsoft word, excel, Canva).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage large volumes of outgoing and incoming phone calls.
- Respond to incoming customer emails.
- Conduct various customer surveys.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Collect prompt and accurate feedback from tenant.
- Maintain solid tenant relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
