QUALIFICATIONS

  • High standard of personal integrity, discretion, and tact, maintaining confidentiality.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is required for this position.
  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Ability to communicate in English fluently, proficiency in basic Mandarin is a plus.
  • Professional appearance, neat, clean and eager to work.
  • Have experience as a receptionist.
  • Analytical and logical thought process with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Ready to work under pressure.
  • Have the ability to operate a computer (microsoft word, excel, Canva).

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage large volumes of outgoing and incoming phone calls.
  • Respond to incoming customer emails.
  • Conduct various customer surveys.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Collect prompt and accurate feedback from tenant.
  • Maintain solid tenant relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
