To strengthen our Product Development team, we are looking for a Packaging Designer who is passionate about packaging, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Description:
As a Packaging Designer you will be responsible for supporting the development of packaging products from the artwork preparation stage to print trial execution.
- Prepare and finalize artwork according to project timelines and customer requirements.
- Ensure artwork files meet specifications in layout cutting, ink color, and visual accuracy.
- Create product screening data, draft designs, and final designs for internal briefings.
- Deliver customer-approvable artwork and generate print-ready files (including trapping, bleed, and color sequence setup).
- Provide print proofs based on customer-approved versions for production reference.
- Coordinate and monitor the trial print process, making necessary adjustments to meet quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of the packaging development progress for reporting purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Packaging Design, Packaging Engineering, Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Experience in packaging development or prepress (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and other graphic design software.
- Knowledge of printing process, color management, and prepress preparation
- Attention to detail, well-organized, and strong communication skills.
- Willing to be placed in Karawang, West Java.
