Qualifications:
- STM Senior high school (vocational) major instrumentation process control or Electronic with experience in instrumentation process control.
- D3 from electric (low current) and or electronic with experience in industrial instrumentation process control.
- S1 for specific major e.g Teknik Fisika (Physical Technic) or fresh graduate can join.
- S1 Electric (low current) or Electronic with in instrumentation process control
- Minimum 3-5 Years experienced in instrumentations
- For Gresik Domicile & surrounding areas will be a plus
- Experience in gas analyzer maintenance
- Understand how to maintain Inline extractive Offgas Analysers and Cross Duct light Spectrum Gas Analysers brand opsis AR600S for SO2 Gas, NOx Gas, Hydrogen Fluoride Gas, Moisture dew point
- Understand how to maintain Gas Analyzer Brand Anton Paar, Endress+Hauser, Envea, GE Parametrics, Horiba, Neo Monitor, Ohio Lumex, Opsis, PCME, Siemens, Vaisal K-patents, Valmet
- Understand basic instrument and control
- Understand how to work and maintain thermocouples
- Understand how to work and maintain transmitter, flowmeter, valve and RTD
- Experience working in the smelter area is an added value
- Knowledge of Siemens S7 PLC programming / PLC Rockwell as well as HART communication systems a must
- TIA Portal service and programming knowledge
- Profinet protocol knowledge

Job Desc:
A. HSE
Attend daily tools box meeting
Obey PTFI regulation at site (Using correct PPE, etc)
Work safely, comply with K3 procedures, and use proper PPE and tools
B. OPERATION
Responsible for safe operation of all analyzer equipment at Smelter area.
Participate in daily operational meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and safety measures
Maintain all analyzer equipment with the main purpose to keep customer satisfaction
Maintain availibility equipment +95%
Supporting with troubleshooting
Diagnose and resolve all analyzer equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
Review materials and tools readiness on site for upcoming PM
Provide weekly report (team)
Ensure all work on installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting runs according to technical standards, K3, and project targets.
Ensure the installation and integration of all analyzer equipment runs according to specifications and industry standards.
Perform calibration, verification, and troubleshooting of Analyzer systems.
Coordinate with Planner for speed up material in transit
For all tasks been completed, must coordinate with Planner to close maintenance order
Analyze and propose to solve repetitive problems
Able to conduct sizing as per customer request
Ability to carry out calibration of all analyzer equipment
Perform Calibration on Different types of all analyzer equipment
C. COST
Maintain personal tools and personal protective equipment
Develop and maintain a cooperative work relationship with end user and others related department
Be available to work overtime if there are outstanding tasks.
