Job Responsibility:
- Identify and acquire new B2B clients (mainly local and eventually international).
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business by organizing physical customer visits or online meetings.
- Oversee the sales process from inquiry to order placement.
- Ensure accurate communication of client specifications and timelines.
- Provide weekly report of customer visits and data analyze to Manager.
- Coordinate with accountant to plan and manage sales expenses budget and any required supports such as collecting payments from customers.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to share insights and recommendations to the management team.
- Evaluate market share and monitor competitors' activities.
- Monitor market trends in cosmetic testing business to identify growth opportunities.
- Monitor and participate in BPOM events to keep up with regulatory updates.
- Be part of professional associations and attend certain events to develop the network.
- Attend trade shows, expos, and client meetings to represent the company and promote services.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and communication strategy.
