Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Engineering Supervisor in a manufacturing environment (preferably plastic manufacturing or recycling).
- Fluent in English Conversation MUST
- Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams effectively.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and capable of developing or modifying engineering designs.
- Comprehensive understanding of machining processes, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to analyze abnormalities, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Capable of managing multiple projects with tight deadlines while ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative in working with diverse teams and dynamic work environments.
- Lead and supervise the engineering team.
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor the availability of spare parts and work equipment.
- Coordinate with Production and QA/QC departments.
- Prepare maintenance and downtime reports.
- Ensure the implementation of HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) standards and technician team development.
