Job Descriptions:

  • Independently design and develop incentive and commission schemes that align with company strategy and sales targets.
  • Benchmarking to the market peers and external peers (competitive).
  • Design and manage sales incentive schemes and reward structures, including bonuses and equity programs.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive organizational change and culture development.
  • Conduct external benchmarking to maintain competitiveness of incentive packages.
  • Oversee commission calculations to ensure accuracy, fairness, and alignment with company policie.
  • Designed, implemented, and optimized incentive schemes, including commission structures, to align with business goals and motivate sales teams.
  • Monitor sales target achievements as the basis for incentive calculation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Psychology).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Total Reward, Incentive Design, and Sales Commission Schemes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide business insights.
  • A smart thinker with strategic, critical, and innovative problem-solving abilities in reward program design.
  • High integrity, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  • Must competent enough to create, design & keep analyzing for improvement
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage change effectively.
  • Proven track record of independently designing and implementing incentive and commission schemes.
