What will you do:
Understand the system's processes and regulations to guide and train staff.
Lead the Sales Support/Operations Department to support procedures, documents, payments... and promote vehicle delivery to customers.
Advise the Sales Director on building and adjusting sales processes and policies to ensure effective business operations.

Requirements:
Experience in sales administration or sales management is crucial.
A bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Proficiency in CRM and office software, experience in sales administration, and a proven ability to motivate a team, track performance, and meet sales targets.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks.
Team motivation skills and Excellent verbal and written communication skills to bridge gaps between sales staff, management, and customers. Good in English
