Job Detail :
1. Lead and monitor daily export-import operations, including customs clearance and shipment tracking.
2. Ensure compliance with international trade laws, Free Trade Zone regulations, and local customs requirement
3. Review and prepare shipping documents such as invoice, packing list, COO, and BL/AWB.
4. Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and government authorities.
5. Negotiate with logistics providers to optimize costs and lead times
6. Develop and implement SOPs for export-import activities.
7. Manage and supervise the Exim team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualification :
1. Minimum 5 years of working experience in export-import management.
2. Candidate must have strong knowledge of Free Trade Zone (FTZ) regulations and minimum 5 years of experience in Exim management.
3. Proficiency in English (oral and written).
4. Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics, or related field.
5. Strong knowledge of customs clearance, HS code, INSW system, and FTZ regulations.
6. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
