Job Role
As a Key Account Manager under the Enterprise Business Group, you will be responsible for driving sales, revenue growth, and market share within key industry accounts, which includes sectors such as transportation, mining, oil & gas, medical, and manufacturing.

This role requires consolidating strategic customer relationships, managing opportunities end-to-end, and promoting the company's comprehensive portfolio of solutions, including Storage, Wireless, Networking, and so on. You will act as the strategic interface between the company and high-value customers, ensuring successful project delivery and strengthening market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business & Sales Management
  • Drive the complete sales cycle—lead generation, proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and overseeing implementation to ensure on-time, high-quality project delivery.
  • Responsible for achieving overall country business targets, including revenue, growth, P&L, market share, channel partner development, and key ISP customer accounts.
  • Lead quarterly and annual business execution across revenue goals, marketing programs, channel strategy, pricing, and competitive positioning.
  • Market & Pipeline Development
  • Develop, manage, and monitor the end-to-end sales pipeline — from identifying opportunities, preparing proposals and bids, to project delivery and post-sales support.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive activity, and develop strategies to win new business while minimizing risks.
  • Customer & Partner Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers within ISP accounts to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Work with regional teams to recruit, identify, enable, and manage new and existing channel partners.
  • Campaign & Sales Activities
  • Plan and execute sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and events together with channel partners to increase solution adoption.
  • Perform regular sales activities such as customer calls, training sessions, pipeline reviews, weekly/monthly reporting, farming existing accounts, and hunting for new opportunities.
  • Project Management & Delivery
  • Oversee project operations for assigned accounts, coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring milestones, managing commercial proposals and contracts, and ensuring successful, on-time, and high-quality project completion.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: At least Bachelor Degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, or other IT-related disciplines.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in IT or telecommunications companies, with at least 5 years in a sales-focused role managing accounts in transportation, mining, medical, and manufacturing sectors.
  • Industry Expertise: Familiarity with the company's full suite of enterprise solutions, including ICT infrastructure such as networking (switches, routers, optic transmission), storage systems, servers, etc.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Project controller experience with successful end-to-end sales project management.
  • Experience engaging and influencing C-level and high-level customers, with strong relationship-building capabilities.
  • Language: English (professional fluency in spoken and written).

  • Target-driven, collaborative, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • Good analytical skills, detail-oriented, with capability to develop business forecasts and reports.
  • Fast learning capability to adapt to new environments, coupled with a strong sense of ownership and accountability to deliver high-quality outcomes on time.
