Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia for a Real Estate Business and Market Analyst. The role involves conducting market analysis, performing market research, and providing insights and recommendations based on financial data. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing market trends, preparing reports, communicating findings with stakeholders, and supporting the finance team with relevant data and analysis.
Qualifications
- 5 Years Minimum Experience
- Market Analysis, Market Research, and Analytical Skills
- Strong Communication and Presentation Skills
- Financial Analysis and Data Interpretation Skills
- Proficiency in using analytical tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in the real estate industry
