- Translate growth campaign briefs into engaging and relevant visual and copy concepts tailored to different user segments.
- Develop creative materials, including ads, emails, push notifications, WhatsApp blasts, in-app pop-ups, and promotional content that align with Kompas id's brand identity.
- Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective communication styles based on performance data.
Build and maintain a creative learnings library to document insights and key takeaways from each campaign.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design, Marketing Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in creative marketing, performance copywriting, or digital content production.
- Proficient in graphic design and design tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Canva Pro, and related software.
- Experienced in designing performance-oriented materials such as ads, campaign assets, and email creatives with a focus on conversion.
- Skilled in creating visuals and copywriting for digital campaigns across various platforms (Meta, Google, Email, WhatsApp, or in-app).
- Strong understanding of customer journey, conversion funnel, and retention flow concepts.
- Added advantage: experience in digital subscription industries (Media, OTT, SaaS, or E-commerce) is a plus.
