Senior Specialist Commercial Planning and Pricing
Ensure effective execution of commercial operations by coordinating pricing strategies, managing sales and trading activities, and overseeing product supply and documentation processes. This role is critical in achieving the company’s commercial targets through accurate price simulations, compliance with internal standards, and audit readiness supported by structured administrative and analytical work.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate, analyse, and execute processes within the Commercial function, including pricing implementation and activities related to Sales & Marketing, along with supporting administrative tasks.
- Manage sales/trading processes for commercial products in line with company targets and policies.
- Analyse and formulate selling prices, providing accurate simulations to meet customer needs and align with company plans.
- Prepare and process price quotations for customers, ensuring compliance with commercial process standards.
- Monitor product supply from vendors to sites according to sales and distribution plans and commercial target achievement.
- Prepare, analyse, and maintain databases and documentation filing for all related processes in accordance with standards and procedures.
- Minimum education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) in any major.
- Knowledge of fuel trading company or coal trading company.
- Experience using SAP System.
- Skill required: Marketing Strategy, pricing strategy, and document tender.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
