Qualification :
- Physically healthy and has no history of serious illness.
- IT Diploma or Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
- Having experience relevant to this role, more preferred from Securities/Brokerage Company.
- Able to work under pressure and overtime work if needed.
- Strong understanding of computer hardware, End User Software Installation, Windows and Linux operating systems, and basic networks operations (LAN).
- Ability to analyze and resolve technical issues efficiently, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent verbal communication to explaining related technical information issue to non-technical users.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and changing IT environments.
- Understand of basic scripting or programming skills, particularly for automation tasks.
- Ability to learn new technologies and adapt to change is important.
Job Description :
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Providing technical assistance and troubleshoot for user PC and other peripherals.
- Setting up new computers, printers, and other peripherals.
- Documenting solutions and creating knowledge base articles.
- Monitoring system performance and identifying potential issues.
- Perform DB backups, and verified the backup result.
- Performing routine daily readiness system check.
- Collaborating with other IT team members to resolve complex issues.
