Job description- Balance driver supply with demand.
- Enhance driver utilization, service quality, and retention.
- Deliver an excellent driver experience through onboarding, incentives, and issue resolution.
- Facilitate feedback from drivers
- Field Engagement: Roadshows, command posts, and community events.
- Inside Engagement: Online help center, call center, and WhatsApp broadcasts.
- Minimum S1Experience: At least 1 year in driver/partner operations, community management, field engagement, or accountmanagement.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with drivers from diverse backgrounds.
- Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, formulas) and understanding of supply-demand metrics.
- Comfortable with field activities, such as roadshows and business travel.
