About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Technical Operations Assistant
to support our daily operations, development workflows, and internal coordination.
You
will work closely with the senior software development team helping ensure smooth delivery, clear communication, and efficient task management across various IT projects.
This role includes task preparation, input digestion, QA/testing, with operational and administrative responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
Task & Workflow Management
- Create, organize, and manage tasks in project management tools
- Break down technical requirements into clear, and executable tasks based on input
- Track deadlines, project progress, and upcoming deliverables
- Maintain a clean, up-to-date task pipeline for ongoing projects
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Perform functional and UI/UX testing on new features and fixes
- Give structured feedback to developers
- Coordinate follow-ups with developers
Team Coordination
- Communicate with developers regarding priorities, timelines, and task updates
- Make progress daily/weekly reports to management
Operational Support
- Manage schedules, reminders, and calendars to the team
- Prepare summaries, notes, and briefings of meetings
- Assist with documentation, SOPs, and administrative tasks
- Provide general support across operations as needed
Requirements
- Work experience or education in IT/software development
- Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, Trello, etc.)
- Professional level English; verbal+written
- Good teamwork abilities and being able to work independently
- Detail oriented
- Proactive mindset and ability to work in a fast-moving environment
Preferred (but not required)
- Background in web development agency
- Skills, experience in QA testing
