About the role
We are seeking an experienced Product Information specialist to join our dynamic team at PT Serveone MRO Indonesia. In this contract role based in Cibitung District, Bekasi West Java, you will play a crucial part in driving the development and management of our product information data. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth and success of our organization.
What you'll be doing
- Help register and organize product data for clients in a clear and consistent way
- Check product and material information to make sure everything is correct and fix any small mistakes
- Keep the client products database updated and tidy with regular reviews
- Group and manage product data using simple classification rules
- Look into data issues and help prepare easy-to-follow improvement reports
- Support the global database by keeping information clean, well-organized, and easy to use
What we're looking for
- Diploma degree or higher — any major is welcome
- Comfortable using English in writing and conversation (doesn't need to be perfect)
- Able to use MS Excel or similar programs to work with data
- Familiar with analyze tons of data is preferable
- Careful and detail-oriented when handling information
- Responsible and able to follow simple work steps and instructions
- Willing to work at Kawasan MM2100, Cibitung Bekasi
