What you'll be doing

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the textile market, specifically in Central Java, Yogyakarta, and East Java areas
  • Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximise sales and revenue
  • Maintain good communication with clients, visits, meetings, and cross-selling
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
  • Contribute to the overall sales team's performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
  • Generate leads, offering company services to potential customers
  • Manage the pipeline of selling

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the textile industry or a related field
  • Strong understanding of the textile market, products, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, integrity, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Good command in English, both written and spoken
  • A person willing to be assigned in Central Java, covers Central Java, DIY, and East Java
  • Target-oriented with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals
