What you'll be doing
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the textile market, specifically in Central Java, Yogyakarta, and East Java areas
- Manage and develop existing customer accounts to maximise sales and revenue
- Maintain good communication with clients, visits, meetings, and cross-selling
- Provide excellent customer service and support to maintain strong, long-term relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Contribute to the overall sales team's performance by meeting and exceeding individual sales targets
- Generate leads, offering company services to potential customers
- Manage the pipeline of selling
What we're looking for
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the textile industry or a related field
- Strong understanding of the textile market, products, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, integrity, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Good command in English, both written and spoken
- A person willing to be assigned in Central Java, covers Central Java, DIY, and East Java
- Target-oriented with strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales goals
