Responsibilities

  • Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify and onboard new channel partners to expand our market reach and drive sales growth.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring mutual success.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop channel strategies that align with overall business objectives.
  • Sales Enablement: Provide training and resources to channel partners to enhance their knowledge of ManageEngine products and value propositions.
  • Joint Marketing Initiatives: Work with marketing teams to plan and execute joint promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, analyze, and report on channel partner performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • ⁠Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities within the IT channel space.
  • Conflict Resolution: Address any channel conflicts in a timely and professional manner to maintain positive partner relationships.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and customers to inform product development and service enhancements.​

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in IT channel sales / business development.
  • ⁠Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • ⁠Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of IT channel ecosystems, distribution models, and sales cycles.
  • ⁠Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities; adept at presentations and negotiations. Able to communicate in English and one other local language for liasing with business partners.
  • ⁠Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building and sustaining professional relationships.
  • ⁠Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • ⁠Self-Motivated: Proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • ⁠Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • ⁠Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend industry events.
