Position Overview

Responsible to plan, executre and manage Meratus Group's employee business travel and inter-location relocation processes. This includes arranging accommodations and handling all related administration. This position supports operational efficiency and ensures the seamless mobility of employees across various company entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage
    business travel
    for multiple company entities, acting as the primary point of contact for bookings (
    Travel Booker
    ) and handling all necessary travel documentation.
  • Ensure alignment between invoices and
    Purchase Orders (POs)
    , including the management of cancellations and refund processes.
  • Arrange
    Guarantee Letters
    and maintain strong communication with corporate service providers, such as hotels and transportation companies.
  • Handle employee
    relocation and accommodation
    , including transportation support for expatriates.
  • Manage travel data and reports, including
    cost and trend analysis
    .
  • Drive
    cost efficiency
    through vendor management, negotiation, and optimizing travel policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • A minimum of
    2 years of proven experience
    in business travel and employee relocation management, preferably within a large organization or a similar industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of travel booking systems, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with invoice processing, purchase orders, and cost analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for reporting and data analysis).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of

    , strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
