Responsibilities
Purchasing / Procurement
- Carry out search, selection and evaluation of vendors/suppliers according to operational needs.
- Submit and compare price offers to obtain the best quality and price.
- Create and process Purchase Orders (PO) based on requests (Purchase Request/PR) from related divisions.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality of goods/services received.
- Check and verify all purchase transactions, including proof of payment, invoices, and conformity with POs and other supporting documents.
- Reconcile and match purchase transaction data with the Finance and Operations teams to ensure report accuracy.
- Build and maintain good relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with cooperation agreements.
- Compile and update purchasing reports and vendor databases regularly.
- Coordinate with related divisions for a smooth procurement process.
- Store and archive all procurement documents and vendor data neatly and safely.
- Conduct regular stock opname and create stock reports.
- Ensure that all procurement processes run according to SOPs and company policies.
Stock Keeper
- Ensure the availability of stock in the warehouse to support smooth operations.
- Receive and follow up on goods request letters from related divisions.
- Removing goods from the warehouse according to approved requests.
- Receive goods from suppliers, then check and match the goods received with the Purchase Order and Delivery Order.
- Accurately record incoming and outgoing goods on stock cards.
- Maintain minimum stock availability for each type of inventory.
- Create a Purchase Request for items that reach the minimum stock limit for the next purchasing process.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably Management, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Purchasing / Procurement / Stock Management in the F&B industry.
- Have good analytical skills and high accuracy in checking transactions and documents.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office and POS/Inventory systems.
- Thorough, disciplined, and able to work with tight time targets.
- Have integrity, responsibility and high commitment to work.
- Understand purchasing administration flows and operational transaction control procedures.
