Job Description:

  • Manage training needs, including preparing training schedules, coordinating with trainers, and supporting the implementation of internal and external training programs.
  • Assist in the development of organizational structure and job descriptions.
  • Support the implementation of talent reviews, talent pool development, and talent data management.
  • Assist in monitoring the performance evaluation cycle, including KPI tracking and documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks and reporting related to training, Organization Development (OD), Talent Management (TM), and Performance Management System (PMS).

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR development functions such as training, organization development, talent management, or performance management.
  • Solid understanding of training processes, KPI management, talent review, and organizational structure.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail in handling data and reports.
  • Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Intermediate-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
