Job Description:
- Manage training needs, including preparing training schedules, coordinating with trainers, and supporting the implementation of internal and external training programs.
- Assist in the development of organizational structure and job descriptions.
- Support the implementation of talent reviews, talent pool development, and talent data management.
- Assist in monitoring the performance evaluation cycle, including KPI tracking and documentation.
- Perform administrative tasks and reporting related to training, Organization Development (OD), Talent Management (TM), and Performance Management System (PMS).
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in HR development functions such as training, organization development, talent management, or performance management.
- Solid understanding of training processes, KPI management, talent review, and organizational structure.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail in handling data and reports.
- Able to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate-level English proficiency, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated integrity and ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
