Key Responsibilities

·  Lead brand strategy and positioning aligned with business goals and market insights.

·  Develop and deliver high-quality, consistent content across all brand channels.

·  Plan and execute 360° integrated campaigns combining digital, KOL/influencer, performance, and on-ground activations.

·  Manage external creative, digital, and media agencies to ensure effective execution.

·   Build a strong and unified brand voice and storytelling framework across touchpoints.

·   Drive brand events, partnerships, and community initiatives to enhance awareness and loyalty.

·    Track and analyze brand performance metrics to optimize strategies.

·    Stay ahead of fintech, cultural, and digital trends for continuous brand innovation.

Requirements

·  Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

·  Minimum 5 years of proven experience in brand management, growth marketing, or communications, preferably in fintech (payments, lending, wallet, investment) or e-commerce marketing.

·  Familiarity with performance metrics (Social media leads, SEO ranking, CTR, CPC, ROAS, organic traffic) and brand-funnel correlation.

·  Experienced in campaign development and execution — from creative ideation to post-campaign analysis.

·  Hands-on experience in managing events, activations, or partnerships that directly drive brand outcomes.

·  Proven ability to build and manage a KOL / Influencer database;

·  Strong analytical mindset — able to extract actionable insights from brand and performance data.

·   Fluent in English. Mandarin chinese is a plus.
