Your Role
As our Social Media Specialist, you'll be the creative force behind our digital presence. You'll craft engaging content, manage multiple social platforms, and collaborate with our marketing and creative teams to bring our brand to life online.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute social media content plans across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create visually appealing and on-brand posts, stories, and Reels
• Write engaging captions in English and Indonesian
• Monitor engagement, trends, and analytics to optimize performance
• Collaborate with our video and design team for campaigns and event promotions
• Stay up-to-date with education and social media trends

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
• Excellent understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and Reels strategies
• Strong visual and storytelling skills
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools
• Passionate, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Able to work on-site at PIK, North Jakarta
