Job Description

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive retail sales performance across all offline and online channels.
  • Plan, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns (product launches, seasonal promotions, brand campaigns) to achieve sales targets and maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve effectiveness and customer conversion.
  • Oversee brand communication, ensuring consistent messaging and strong retail customer experience across stores and digital platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Retail Operations, Merchandising, and Creative teams to develop marketing initiatives supporting store traffic and revenue.
  • Manage marketing budget allocation, forecast spending, and ensure all activities deliver measurable returns.
  • Lead market and competitor analysis to optimize positioning, pricing strategy, and promotional approach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, media, and agencies to enhance brand exposure and campaign efficiency.
  • Drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty programs tailored for the retail/optical segment.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing, preferably in retail, lifestyle, fashion, beauty, or optical industries.
  • Proven track record in sales-driven marketing, campaign management, and ROI-focused strategy execution.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience using marketing and performance tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM, BI dashboards).
  • Solid understanding of retail customer behavior, in-store dynamics, and omnichannel marketing.
    Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    Creative mindset with strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable marketing plans.
    Experience managing budgets and ensuring cost-efficient campaign execution.
