Job Description:
Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
Manage various marketing channels and provide general administrative support to ensure timely and accurate execution.
Support digital marketing efforts, including website updates, campaign execution, and social media management.
Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using analytics tools.
Coordinate and liaise with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies as required.
Conduct market research, trend analysis, and provide data-driven insights.
Handle a variety of administrative, research, data collection, and coordination tasks to support the marketing team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a marketing support or administrative role.
Proficient in digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., email marketing, CMS, social media tools).
Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Experienced in data analysis, reporting, and market research.
Highly organized with strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Skilled in interpersonal communication and team coordination.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
