- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media, creative production, or a related role (preferably in an agency, brand, or digital content environment).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative direction, video production, and editing work.
- Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, After Effects, CapCut, or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter).
- Skilled in storytelling, copywriting, and scripting for short-form video content.
- Aesthetic sense and experience in visual composition, lighting, and art direction.
- Ability to work independently (end-to-end execution) as well as collaboratively with a team.
- Strong time management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Up-to-date with digital trends, internet culture, and viral content strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience using motion graphics tools.
- Experience in handling brand campaigns or influencer collaborations.
- Basic photography skills and knowledge of camera operation.
