Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with food safety standards such as FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, and BPOM regulations.
  • Experience in Halal and BPOM certification processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SOPs in a production environment.

Responsibilites:

  • Ensure quality control of raw materials, finished products, and production processes according to established standards.
  • Manage certification processes including Halal, BPOM, and preparation for FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000.
  • Support internal and external audits (Halal, BPOM, customer audits) and coordinate internal training on food safety and Halal compliance.
  • Monitor production line conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.
