- Minimal Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, or any other related fields
- Proficiency in English (oral & written) & Computer (Word, Excel, E-mail)
- Well understand and have knowledge of export import process and documents
- Great personality and communication skills
- Meticulous
- Able to work independently and in team work who is energetic, enthusiastic, and has high initiative
- Willing to comply with applicable company regulations
- Having experience in a freight forwarding company or Multinational company is a plus
- Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of the supply chain, including common obstacles and effective solutions

Job Responsibility:
- Handling bookings & other related operational/documentation fields of Export and Import shipments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, customers, and regional office along with, resolving issues, and ensuring their satisfaction by complying with the SOP.
- Perform administrative tasks related to shipments, such as preparing documents and coordinating with relevant parties.
- Creating Vendor Invoice & Customer Invoice.
