  • Assist in the development and refinement of the Group's strategic plan and roadmaps.
  • Support scenario planning, market entry analysis, and business case development.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Intelligence department to conduct research and analysis on industry trends, competitors, and internal performance, as well as to gather insights for performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Build and maintain financial models for initiatives, new projects, and business plans.
  • Support feasibility studies and investment memos for new ventures, store formats, or joint ventures.
  • Conduct benchmarking and valuation research as inputs into corporate finance strategy.
  • Help prepare external presentations, board decks, and JV communication materials.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of strategic initiatives across departments.
  • Maintain project tracking tools, milestone dashboards, and progress summaries.
  • Assist in standardizing project documentation, reporting templates, and initiative scorecards.
  • Ensure consistent documentation, data updates, and reporting for all assigned projects and models.

Qualification

  • Min. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Has at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, strategy consulting, private equity, or venture capital.
  • Exposure to F&B, retail, multi-company holding is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (modeling, sensitivity analysis) and PowerPoint (business storytelling).
  • Familiarity with basic financial analysis concepts (NPV, IRR, ROI, payback).
  • Experience using project management framework and tools is an advantage.
  • Ability to structure and synthesize data into logical frameworks and executive-ready formats.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accountability.
  • Comfortable working with tight deadlines and ambiguity, as well as handling multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
