Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in law.
- Proficient in English, both verbal and written.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate legal, licensing, land/property legal matters, or client services in a consulting, law firm, or professional services environment.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations, including the OSS system, investment/licensing procedures, and corporate governance.
Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents, agreements, and corporate instruments. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, both in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail with strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with end-to-end company establishment and licensing processes, from identifying required permits to obtaining NIB, PKKPR, business licenses, and sectoral approvals.
- Assist in due diligence processes related to land, land acquisition, and legal property matters, including reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements related to land acquisition and legal property matters.
- Track and update the status of licensing applications, identify delays or bottlenecks, and ensure timely escalation.
- Coordinate with ministries and local authorities to ensure smooth application processes.
- Maintain relationships with local vendors and legal/administrative partners to support project implementation.
- Prepare regular internal reports, project updates, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor and research changes in laws, regulations, and sector-specific licensing requirements.
