About the role
As an HRD Staff at PT Geluran Adikarya, you will be responsible for supporting the overall human resources function within the organisation. This is a full-time position based in Surabaya, Jawa Timur. You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of HR processes, contributing to the company's talent development and retention strategies.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participating in the recruitment and onboarding of new employees
- Maintaining employee records and data management
- Coordinating training and development programs for staff
- Providing support with employee relations and performance management
- Assisting with the administration of employee benefits and compensation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address HR-related matters
- Maintaining compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
What we're looking for
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR information systems
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proactive, customer-oriented, and committed to providing high-quality service
