Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Administrative Sales based in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will support the sales team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operational workflows, maintaining accurate sales-related documentation, and providing excellent support to both internal teams and retail partners. Your role helps strengthen execution in the field and ensures sales operations run efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update administrative records related to sales reports, stock movement, purchase orders, reimbursements, and operational documents.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for sales transactions, inventory updates, and customer information to support sales activities.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of operational processes.
  • Support field teams by organizing schedules, deliveries, and other needs to maintain efficient store operations.
  • Assist in managing product availability, stock requests, and follow-ups with stores or retail partners.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in administration within retail, FMCG, distribution, or sales support.
  • Strong in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing sales data and documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, especially in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Good communication skills, able to coordinate effectively with internal teams and store partners.
