Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing Assistant, located in Semarang. The Purchasing Assistant will be responsible for assisting in purchasing processes, preparing and processing purchase orders, managing procurement activities, and maintaining documentation. The role also involves communicating with suppliers, tracking deliveries, and ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods and services.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Purchasing Processes and Purchase Orders
  • Experience in Purchasing and Procurement
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus
