About the Role

Prosys, our strategic partner, is seeking an Ahli Quantity Surveyor to ensure the financial and technical success of construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for cost estimation, budget management, and technical coordination to optimize project efficiency and compliance. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors to deliver accurate financial analyses and actionable recommendations. Your expertise will directly impact project feasibility, resource allocation, and risk mitigation.


Requirements:
  • Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Civil Engineering from an accredited public/private university (domestic or international) or an equivalent institution recognized by national/global accreditation bodies.

  • Certifications:

  • SKK Muda Certification (Junior-level Construction Cost Estimation Management Specialist) with a focus on Estimasi Biaya Konstruksi (Construction Cost Estimation), issued by an LPJK-approved professional association.

  • Certification must align with the Ahli Quantity Surveyor job level.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Quantity Surveyor or in a related technical role within the construction industry.

  • Proven track record in budget planning, cost analysis, and quantity take-offs for construction projects.
  • Valid work references demonstrating expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with Satker/Pengelola Teknis (Technical Management Units) to align project objectives and deliverables.
  • Conduct detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimations, and budget calculations for construction projects.
  • Perform on-site observations to verify compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical recommendations for resource optimization, time management, and cost-saving strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, including cost breakdowns, progress updates, and risk assessments, adhering to project guidelines.
  • Support contract management by analyzing variations, claims, and project scope changes.

Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in cost estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools).
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for stakeholder collaboration.
