About The Role

As a Creative Designer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of creative and design work, ensuring all outputs are high-quality, on-brand, and delivered on time. You will collaborate with the Creative Team, Marketing, and other divisions to produce impactful assets across digital and offline platforms.Responsibilities:

  • Produce high-quality creative assets for assigned projects within established brand guidelines.
  • Develop eye-catching creative visuals for branding, graphic design, motion design, offline materials, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Team, Marketing, and other divisions to deliver engaging and consistent creative work.
  • Work with the Art Director to translate project requirements into strong creative outputs.
  • Maintain and refine the brand's visual identity across all channels.
  • Champion creative work that is emotive, powerful, and pushes boundaries while staying aligned with brand standards.
  • Directly participate in campaigns, events, and creative production to deliver impactful and visually compelling marketing materials.
  • Stay updated on design trends and explore AI tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in creative/graphic design with a strong portfolio (branding, campaigns, digital & offline).
  • Strong expertise in branding, typography, visual communication, and motion/digital design.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, able to handle multiple projects efficiently and deliver on deadline.
  • Exceptional design taste with a sharp eye for aesthetics, trends, and brand consistency.
  • Able to perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) & familiarity with AI design tools.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with resilience, discipline, and a proactive mindset.
  • Additional skills in branding, motion graphics, and digital imaging are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a creative agency or fast-paced startup environment preferred.
