Responsibilities

• Product costing - analyze and roll up product cost, compile and control standard cost setting and variances.
• Plant costing – analyze flowchart hours and follow up issues to improve product cost.
• Maintain price list and database for all dash codes.
• Conduct internal control review through continuous review and evaluation to ensure standard compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or 1–2 years’ working experience in large‑scale manufacturing.
• High degree of accuracy, discipline, and integrity.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written English.
• Willing to work in Cikarang, Bekasi.
• Knowledge or experience in programming, data analytics, or system automation is preferred.
• Proactive, open‑minded, problem solver, and team player.
