REQUIREMENTS:

At least eight (5) years of related work Experience, including Three (3) years in same industry (Adhesives/Construction/Chemical/ painting Company)

Marketing knowledge in Modern Trade is preferable

Knowledgeable in distribution channel

Strong numeracy skills in working with data analyses

Very good communication and presentation skills

Fluent in English

JOB DESC:

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing strategy for Marine, construction chemical, DIY, and new potential segments within an approved time frame
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and market trends
  • Review, analyze, and propose a comprehensive product range, price analysis that suits the specific segments
  • Identify market opportunities through BTL and ATL Activity
  • Oversee the design, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns and promotional activities, ensuring they align with the overall marketing plan
  • Analyze, prepare, and submit monthly reports on the business performances, competitive activities, market conditions, concerns, opportunities, and recommendations,
  • Develop new product launching (Coordinate with Marketing Head Office , R&D, Finance and cross department)
  • Plan and manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Conduct conceptualization of designs/lay-out of merchandising materials, as it pertains to various materials/resources such as, but not limited to, signage, posters, streamers/banners, brochures, flyers and other merchandising materials, sales kits and other materials relevant to the implementation of the approved Marketing plan
