Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
- Min. 10 years experiences in IT infrastructure and helpdesk support
- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure systems and related machines
- Good leadership and interpersonal skill, able to work both individually and as a team
- Good english language ability, both written and oral is mandatoryHave experience in manufacturing company, especially in electronic or automotive company
Basic Competency:
- Understanding of ISO 14001 in their processes and/ or activities and its implementation
- Understanding of ISO 45001 & SMK3 in their processes and/ or activities and its implementation
- Understanding of ISO 9001 in their processes and/ or activities and its implementation

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control IT infrastructure readiness in all area (network and desktop)
- Control IT infrastructure maintenance schedule and its implementation and cyber security
- Make troubleshooting and recovery activities for any related IT infrastructure problem/issues
- Create reports for IT infrastructure issues and its corrective actions
- Manage and control IT manpower and their developments
- Define and manage budget related with IT infrastructure project and activity
- Implementing the EMS, OHSAS, & Quality policy in accordance with the rules and procedures outlined in ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & ISO 9001
Authority :
- Access systems and machines that is related with IT infrastructure to oversee the performance and its issues
- Stopping systems or machines for troubleshooting IT infrastructures issues
- Approve the document related with IT administration
