As an HRBP in the education sector, you are a crucial link between institutional leadership and employees, ensuring smooth HR service delivery and contributing to a positive and productive learning environment. You'll leverage your HR expertise to translate educational goals into effective people strategies, fostering employee engagement and supporting the institution's success.

Job Description:

  • Understand their unique needs, priorities, and challenges, providing strategic HR consulting and solutions.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee relations initiatives.
  • Execute on various HR aspects like recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, compensation, benefits administration, employee relations and leave management.
  • Build strong relationships with school leadership, educators, staff, and HR colleagues.
  • Advise leadership and implement procedures to maintain compliance.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably in the education sector or a similar environment.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and school cultures is a plus.
  • Experience handle recruitment process, payroll, HRIS
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
