Job Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and acquire corporate and government accounts for OYO's.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporates, SMEs, and government institutions.
- Negotiate contracts, agreements, and Corporate arrangements to maximize revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account setup and service delivery.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (revenue, corporate signings, active accounts).
- Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline updates in CRM.
- Represent OYO in corporate events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales (corporate, government, Travel Agent).
- Strong network with corporate travel managers, procurement teams, and government institutions.
- Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
