Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire corporate and government accounts for OYO's.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporates, SMEs, and government institutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and Corporate arrangements to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth account setup and service delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (revenue, corporate signings, active accounts).
  • Maintain accurate reporting and pipeline updates in CRM.
  • Represent OYO in corporate events, exhibitions, and networking activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in hotel sales (corporate, government, Travel Agent).
  • Strong network with corporate travel managers, procurement teams, and government institutions.
  • Proven track record in achieving/exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
