Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree : Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in Construction Projects : At least 3-7 years of experience in construction project control, including managing costs, schedules, and resources.
  • Project Control Experience : Specific experience in handling project management, scheduling, and project performance control.
  • Technical Skills: Cost Management and Estimation, Schedule Management (Using tools like Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar software), Project Performance Analysis (Using methods such as Earned Value Management (EVM)), Software Proficiency (Primavera, SAP, or Oracle)
  • Analytical Skills: Data Analysis, Risk Management, Reporting
  • Communication and Managerial Skills
  • Legal and Regulatory Knowledge: Construction Regulations, Project Contracts

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring alignment with project goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor progress project, track schedule, and analyze variances.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and updates to management and clients.
  • Coordinate resources (human, material, and equipment) to ensure efficient project execution
  • Provide regular, day-to-day information about the project's status
  • Involved from the project's inception, including creating project schedules and providing workforce.
  • Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and requirements
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and materials, and ensure that project tasks are assigned, monitored, and completed on time and within budget
  • Identifying and managing project risks is another critical responsibility
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and environmental standards during construction activities, and implement measures to mitigate risks and hazards
